Utrecht workshop on “Rethinking planetary and sustainability governance through cosmological imaginaries”

FOGOS and PlanetStewards organized a workshop at Utrecht University exploring how pre-modern and modern cosmology can inform our understanding of Earth-Space systems. We had an impressive array of speakers bringing in perspectives from ancient astronomy, theology, and modern cosmology such as aesthetic black hole imaging or the monsterization of extraterrestrial life.
