Florian Rabitz

I am a political scientist working on new and emerging technologies in global sustainability governance. I am currently a chief researcher at Kaunas University of Technology and an associate professor at Vilnius University. Large parts of my work are about how to leverage novel technologies for sustainable development while mitigating social, political, and environmental risks. At FOGOS, I am particularly interested in exploring potential governance mechanisms for ensuring the long-term sustainability of outer space, and for aligning space-based activities with planetary sustainability.
